Monthly payments are due at the first lesson of the calendar month. New students who begin lessons after the first week of the month will have their first month prorated according to how many weeks are left in the initial month.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations need to be rescheduled because there is no refund for a cancelled lesson. The student will be permitted one rescheduled lesson per month. More than one cancellation within the same month will not be rescheduled. If the student needs to miss a scheduled lesson, the teacher needs to be contacted a minimum of one hour prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to qualify for the "once per month rescheduling".

Lessons that fall on a major holiday (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve) will need to be rescheduled.

If the teacher needs to cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled at the student's convenience, or a credit will be issued to the student's account.

Late Policy: If a student is late for their lesson, the end time of the lesson will not be extended past the scheduled end time.
